The KarMel Scholarship is available to seniors in high school seniors and undergraduate and graduate students who are attending or planning to attend a college, university or vocational/trade school in the United States. You must submit an artistic or written themed work that expresses your views on the gay, lesbian, bisexual or transgender topic to be eligible for this award. However, you do not need to be gay, lesbian, bisexual or transgender to apply.
