Eligibility:

* Must have a confirmed diagnosis of a Primary Immune Deficiency Disease
* Must be admitted and enrolled in an accredited post secondary educational institution as a undergraduate student seeking a degree or certificate
* Scholarship is renewable per academic year
* Financial need is considered. Student must have Free Application for Federal Student Aid Form (FAFSA) filed and have the results or submit copy of Annual Tax Return
* School and community involvement
